fried riceFried rice anyone? Who would pass up a good serving of perfectly fried rice? This is the foundation at Chinese restaurants but it can also be a signature dish in your home. It is easy to prepare and can be ready in minutes.  Also, you can customize this dish to fit your likings. The vegetables and/or protein can be changed or altered to reflect your personality.  I encourage my readers to whip this up for dinner as a side or entrée.  Have fun!
