Crispy Cajun Fried Shrimp

  • 1 lbs. shrimp, peeled, tail on or off
  • 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • vegatable oil, about 2 cups
  1. Heat vegatable oil.
  2. Pat shrimp dry with paper towel.
  3. Season with cajun seasoning
  4. Dip in flour, dip in egg, then n panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry until golden brown.
Sprinkle a pinch of flour in oil. If it sizzles the oil is ready.
