Pressure Cooker Turkey Chili- An easy chili recipe that is made in the pressure cooker. It starts with ground turkey, seasonings, peppers, onions and garlic resulting in a delicious flavorful homemade turkey chili.

2 Tbsp. olive oil 1.25 lbs. ground turkey meat not turkey breast 1 yellow onion chopped, (about 1 cups) 1 green bell pepper chopped (about 1 cups) 4 garlic cloves minced 2 Tbsp. chili powder 2 tsp. dried ground cumin 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. kosher salt ¼ tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. Sugar 1 28- oz. can of crushed tomatoes 1 4.5- oz. can chopped green chiles, 1 14- oz. cans black beans drained 2 cups chicken broth Cheddar cheese grated Sour cream Green onions chopped
Preheat pressure cooker using the brown setting.
Add olive oil and cook the ground turkey. Remove meat and set aside.
Add onion, green peppers and garlic to the pressure cooker and cook until softened. (about 3 minutes.
Add seasonings and stir well making sure all the vegetables are coated.
Add the meat back in the pressure cooker.
Add the tomatoes, green chiles, black beans, and chicken broth.
Lock the lid. Pressure cook on High for 20 minutes. Reduce the pressure with the quick release. Once pressure has released remove the lid.
Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
