4bonelessskinless thighs, each one cut into 3 pieces for a total of 12

1 ¼cupsflourall-purpose
½cupcornstarch
1teaspoononion powder
½teaspoongarlic powder

12slider rollssplit and toasted
Instructions
Slaw
Combine coleslaw, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, honey mustard, salt and pepper; set aside
Seasoned Chicken
Place chicken in a bowl and mix with seasonings.
Fried Chicken Sliders
Combine flour, cornstarch and seasonings in a Ziploc bag. Add the chicken to the bag, seal, and shake to coat. Heat oil in 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet cooking until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken to a paper towel- line dish
Assembly
Place chicken on the bottom of the slider bun and top with slaw evenly among sliders.
