Instructions
To Make The Tartar Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Set aside until ready to use.
To Make The Coleslaw:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Set aside until ready to use.
To Make The Fish:
Heat oil in a skillet to 360°In a bowl, mix flour, seasonings, and club soda together. Season fish evenly with salt and pepper. Cut fish into strips. Dredge strips in batter then fry.Fry the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until evenly golden brown.
To Assemble The Tacos:
Fill a street style tortilla with a few tablespoons of the slaw, followed by the fish, Pace® Chunky Salsa. Drizzle with the tartar sauce. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
