Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • ½ tablespoon of onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon of paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon of salt divided, ¼ teaspoon for peppers
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced
  • 1 pound of medium raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper sliced
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 lime quartered in 4
  • 1 pack Street Taco Flour Tortillas

Instructions

For The Chicken And Shrimp:

  • Mix all seasonings together except for ¼ teaspoon of salt. Drizzle chicken and shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season chicken and shrimp to coat.

For Chicken and Shrimp Fajitas:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until warm.
  • Add chicken and cook until done, 5-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Add shrimp and cook on each side 1-2 minutes, until opaque. Remove and set aside.
  • Add peppers and onion. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and stir occasionally until charred and just softened, about 3 minutes.
  • Add chicken and shrimp back into the skillet and drizzle with lime.
  • Serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
