Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs of chicken wings drumettes and flats
  • Seasoning for Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • ½ tablespoon of paprika
  • Seasoning for cornstarch
  • 1 cup of cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Pat chicken completely dry with paper towels. In a mixing bowl, season the chicken. In another mixing bowl, season the cornstarch.
  • Pour the cornstarch on the chicken and make sure each piece is thoroughly and evenly coated.
  • Spray your air fryer wire rack or basket with oil. Place wings on a wire rack or in the basket leaving a little bit of space between the wings. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 12 minutes. Flip and bake for another 12 minutes. Cook until golden brown and crispy. Remove when done. (Depending on the size of your air fryer you may have to work in batches.) Note: The internal temperature for cooked chicken is 165 degrees.
