  • Air Fryer


  • ¼ cup Ritz crackers crushed
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup onion grated
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic & herb seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pound of ground turkey


  • Mix crackers with chicken broth until coated and moistened.
  • Mix garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, onion, seasonings, and egg.
  • Gently fold ground turkey into the mixture.
  • Form ground turkey meatballs with melon or ice cream scooper.
  • Air Fry at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature, is 165 degrees.
