In a small bowl, mix melted butter and seasonings.
Season salmon with an even layer of the seasoning mixture on both sides. Place salmon skin side down in the bottom of alarge cast iron skillet. ( You can also use a rimmed baking sheet. If you do make sure to line it with aluminum foil.)
Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes on the middle position of the oven rack.
Serve immediately with lemon. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
