Chicken 8 drumsticks 1 tablespoon of olive oil 2 teaspoons of kosher salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon of garlic powder 1 tablespoon of onion powder 1 teaspoon of complete seasoning 1 packet of sazon seasoning 1 teaspoon paprika BBQ Sauce 18 oz bottle of bbq sauce 1 ½ tablespoon brown sugar ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rub chicken with olive oil.
Add seasonings to chicken. Make sure the chicken is completely covered with seasoning.
Place chicken in your cast iron skillet.
Bake for an hour, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165.
While the chicken is baking doctor up your bbq sauce.
Whisk all bbq sauce ingredients together until fully combined.
Once the chicken is done remove from the oven and put bbq sauce on chicken.
Broil for about 5 minutes on low.
