  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 cups spinach, loosely packed
  • 1 banana, ,medium sized
  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen frozen
  • 1 cup mango, frozen frozen
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in the order listed and blend until you reach your desired consistency. Pour it into your favorite glass and enjoy!

Notes

If the consistency is to thick for you add a little water.
You can use coconut water as well.
