Air Fryer Turkey Burger

Craving a good burger but don’t want to pull out the grill? These Air Fryer Turkey Burgers are absolutely a delicious solution! They use pantry ingredients and can be cooked in under 15 minutes using your air fryer. Cooking a turkey burger in the air fryer makes them come out crisp on the outside, tender, juicy, and flavorful on the inside.

Ingredients
  

Air Fryer Turkey Burger

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ¼ cup crushed butter crackers ( about 6 crackers
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Burger Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonasie
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions
 

Air Fryer Turkey Burger

  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Combine the meat, mayo, crackers, and seasonings in a bowl.
    Lightly mix to combine ingredients and shape into 4 patties ( approximately 1/4 lbs). 
    Place your burgers in your Air Fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap or touch. (I like to use parchment paper in the basket.)
    Cook on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.While the burgers are cooking, you can make the optional burger sauce.
    Your burgers are finished when they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit on a quick read thermometer.
    If desired, add a slice of cheese to the top of each burger and air fry for 15 seconds more.
    Or if you want a toasted bun put them in the air fryer for about 30 seconds. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings such as tomato, onion, ketchup, or a burger sauce.

Burger Sauce

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Use about 1-2 tablespoons of sauce per air fryer turkey burger.
