Equipment

  • Juicer
  • Blender

Ingredients

Beet Juice

  • 1 bunch of red grapes
  • 1 beet, trimmed

Pineapple Juice

  • 1 pineapple, peeled
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1- inch piece ginger

Green Juice

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 5 green apples, cored
  • 4 lemons
  • 1- inch piece ginger
  • 4 stalks celery

Instructions

Choose Your Juice Recipe

  • Decide whether you'd like to make the red, yellow, or green juice and gather all the ingredients listed under that recipe.

Prep Your Ingredients

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly to remove dirt or debris. Trim the ends or leaves off produce like beets and celery. Remove any apple stems and citrus peels.

Set Up Your Juicer

  • Place a pitcher or container under the juicer spout to collect the juice.

Juice Your Produce

  • With the juicer running, slowly feed the produce into the juicer chute, using the food pusher to guide it down gently. Go slow to maximize juice extraction.

Store Your Juice

  • Pour juice into airtight containers or bottles and refrigerate. Fresh juice will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. Shake before drinking to mix any separation.

Notes

Switch Recipes (Optional): If making multiple juices, rinse the juicer’s parts (feed chute, filter bowl, and basket) and dispose of pulp before starting the next juice recipe.
Dilute (Optional): Once juiced you can dilute it with water for a lighter juice or enjoy it as-is.
