Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of a piece of fresh salmon bite size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Using a sharp knife, cut the skinless salmon fillets into 1 ½ inch cubes, then pat them dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
  • Place the salmon pieces in a large bowl, then pour in the avocado oil and toss until each piece is evenly coated.
  • Add the Cajun seasoning and toss the salmon until each piece is well-coated.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or coat it with oil. Let the salmon cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes.
