Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings split/party wings
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Sazon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Hot Honey Sauce

  • 1 tablespoons melted butter measured solid
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place a wire rack on top and spray with cooking oil, and arrange the wings evenly on the rack.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Make the sauce: In a saucepan on low heat, melt the butter, then add honey and buffalo wing hot sauce, stirring until warmed through and well combined.
  • Coat the wings: Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl and toss them with the honey hot sauce. Set aside 1/3 cup of the sauce for dipping if desired.
  • Check doneness: Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F using a meat thermometer before serving.

Notes

I use Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce.
