Ingredients
2Tbsp.olive oil
1.25lbs.ground turkey meatnot turkey breast
1yellow onionchopped, (about 1 cups)
1green bell pepperchopped (about 1 cups)
4garlic clovesminced
2Tbsp.chili powder
2tsp.dried ground cumin
1tsp.onion powder
1tsp.garlic powder
1tsp.kosher salt
¼tsp.black pepper
1tsp.Sugar
1 28-oz.can of crushed tomatoes
1 4.5-oz.can chopped green chiles,
1 14-oz.cans black beansdrained
2cupschicken broth
Cheddar cheesegrated
Sour cream
Green onionschopped
Instructions
Preheat pressure cooker using the brown setting.
Add olive oil and cook the ground turkey. Remove meat and set aside.
Add onion, green peppers and garlic to the pressure cooker and cook until softened. (about 3 minutes.
Add seasonings and stir well making sure all the vegetables are coated.
Add the meat back in the pressure cooker.
Add the tomatoes, green chiles, black beans, and chicken broth.
Lock the lid. Pressure cook on High for 20 minutes. Reduce the pressure with the quick release. Once pressure has released remove the lid.
