First and foremost, when you wake up you should drink 16 ounces of water. Doing this has multiple benefits for the human body and mind.
It fires up your metabolism, provides nourishment for your body due to dehydration during the night, helps flush out toxins, and provides your brain with the fuel it needs to get the day started. Having the necessary fluids within your body right after waking up helps promote a positive mood as well as helps to control your eating habits.
Another powerful ritual that helps get your mind right is adding in some positive morning motivation. This can be done via podcast, radio, video, your prerecorded voice, etc.
If you have goals you want to accomplish, it is imperative you need to have multiple ways of boosting yourself and creating a motivational flow for your day.
There are so many distractions that can throw you off your vibe, whether it be people, uncontrollable sources like traffic or mother-nature inspired weather. Staying focused on a morning routine can definitely help you stay the course for the day.
Based on the options I listed above, the easiest and most convenient way I have found with jump-starting my positive vibes is by searching for the following words within YouTube; motivation, encouragement, and inspiration.
If you type these words in, the platform will return endless amounts of content to choose from.
Once you’ve located a few interesting channels, make sure you like, subscribe, and alert yourself for when that channel releases a new video. Following this strategy is a sure fire way to bulletproof your day with positivity and productivity.
