  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

Breading Mixture

  • 1 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Chicken

  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/3 cup of mustard
  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • Cooking spray for misting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
  • In a small bowl whisk, together panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, chicken bouillon,  and seasoning salt.
  • Add mustard to chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  • Add chicken strips a few at a time to the panko mixture, pressing to help it adhere.
  • Place chicken strips on a lined baking sheet.
  • Spray chicken tenders with cooking spray.
  • In two batches, arrange chicken with space in between strips.
  • Air Fry for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side flipping halfway through.
