Air Fryer Chicken Tender
- Air Fryer
- 1 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/3 cup of mustard
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- Cooking spray for misting
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl whisk, together panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, chicken bouillon, and seasoning salt.
- Add mustard to chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Add chicken strips a few at a time to the panko mixture, pressing to help it adhere.
- Place chicken strips on a lined baking sheet.
- Spray chicken tenders with cooking spray.
- In two batches, arrange chicken with space in between strips.
- Air Fry for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side flipping halfway through.
