This Fried Chicken Sliders recipe is unbelievable juicy, crispy and loaded with flavor! It is also quick to come together.
HOW DO YOU MAKE FRIED CHICKEN SLIDERS?
Fried Chicken Sliders are easy to make. You season your flour, season your chicken and then coat your chicken in flour. Add your chicken to hot oil and fry the chicken until it is golden brown.

Fried Chicken Sliders with Slaw
These Fried Chicken Sliders are crispy, juicy and packed with flavor. They are placed onto buns and topped with a creamy slaw. Serve them at room temperature or pipping hot.
Ingredients
Slaw
- 16 oz. bag coleslaw
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey mustard
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Seasoned chicken
- 4 boneless skinless thighs, each one cut into 3 pieces for a total of 12
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon complete seasoning
- â…› teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Fried Chicken Sliders
- 1 ¼ cups flour all-purpose
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- â…› teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 12 slider rolls split and toasted
Instructions
Slaw
- Combine coleslaw, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, honey mustard, salt and pepper; set aside
Seasoned Chicken
- Place chicken in a bowl and mix with seasonings.
Fried Chicken Sliders
- Combine flour, cornstarch and seasonings in a Ziploc bag. Add the chicken to the bag, seal, and shake to coat. Heat oil in 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet cooking until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken to a paper towel- line dish
Assembly
- Place chicken on the bottom of the slider bun and top with slaw evenly among sliders.
